Under Saira's leadership since 2018, SF Recruitment has undergone a remarkable transformation. Her focus on flexible working models has doubled productivity and tripled profitability. Saira's innovative approach and people-centric philosophy have also led to a 60% increase in individual employee performance and numerous business accolades and awards​.

Saira’s tenure as CEO has been marked by significant achievements. She has driven SF Recruitment to double its revenues and increase its consultant base by 80%.
