SF Recruitment are searching for a Transport Administrator to support our client in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

Job Description:
Respond to account handlers' requests and provide administrative support to account holders.
Scan PODs (Proof of Delivery) and upload them to the Account Managers' folder.
Prepare and issue labels along with delivery instructions for overnight carriers.
Identify and report delivery shortages on the same day to account handlers.
Verify invoices against delivery sheets for accuracy.
Raise official purchase orders for transport companies and outworkers.
Track overnight carriers to ensure next-day deliveries are in transit.
Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate stock control.

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Pay: £11.44 per hour

Previous transport/warehouse admin experience is required.
