Transactional Finance Manager

SF Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a global FinTech business who are looking to hire an AP & AR Manager to join them on an initial 12 month maternity cover contract.

This market leading business is looking for a 'hands on'& strong 'people manager' to join the team at short notice.

The business is based in Central London (3 days a week) and offer an excellent benefits package.

Key responsibilities:
Leading the groups AP/AR function ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of transactions
Delivering results, setting and reviewing progress against targets, and motivating both yourself and the team to achieve goals.
Present weekly dashboards on team performance against targets to management
Provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring the development of skills and maintaining high-performance standards.
Support with ongoing process improvements within the transactions area, identifying opportunities for improvements with senior management

Profiles background;
Strong track record in managing both AP & AR ledgers, desirably in an international business
Prior management experience (2 +)
Proven track record in process improvement and continued automation.
Experience with Oracle/NetSuite would be desirable
