As a Technical Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our customer-centric approach, providing expert support on product knowledge and installations. This hybrid role involves both remote assistance and on-site visits to customer locations, including international travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Expertise: Become the go-to expert on our products, assisting customers with technical queries and troubleshooting.
- Installation Support: Guide customers through installation processes, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, offering proactive support and exceeding their expectations.
- Travel Requirements: Flexibility to travel to customer sites, occasionally outside of the UK, to deliver hands-on technical assistance.

Requirements:
- Engineering Background: A solid educational background in engineering is essential to grasp technical complexities.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mentality to deliver exceptional service.
- UK Driving Licence: Full, valid UK driving licence required for travel to customer locations.
