Talent Leadership Development Manager
SF are currently working with a fantastic financial services business who are on the look out for a dynamic and experienced Talent and Leadership Development Manager to join their HR Division.
This role is key in driving the design and execution of strategies that will shape the future of talent and leadership frameworks, contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This is a highly strategic role and will collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver initiatives that foster employee growth and leadership development.
In this role, you will oversee a team leading the design and delivery of frameworks, processes, and resources. Some of the key responsibilities include:
Leading the design and delivery of leadership development solutions.
Developing strategic, scalable talent management solutions that ensure strong talent pipelines across the organisation.
Using industry trends and emerging technologies to support the company's long-term goals.
Driving the adoption of talent and leadership frameworks across the organisation.
Managing a team of specialists to ensure consistent and impactful delivery of talent strategies.
Leading the design and execution of leadership development initiatives, including executive coaching and succession planning.
Developing strong relationships with various SLT teams as well as internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
You are an experienced and collaborative strategic leader with a proven track record in leadership and talent development within large, complex organisations. You thrive in a role where you can influence senior stakeholders, drive change, and lead initiatives that deliver high-quality results.
We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience within talent development and leadership, someone with a strong background in overseeing the end-to-end talent management cycle, including planning, acquisition, onboarding, development, retention, and transition. Some other key skills include;
Demonstrable experience in managing and enhancing performance management frameworks, succession planning, and executive coaching programs.
Strong strategic and commercial mindset.
Be able to use data-driven insights for talent planning and development.
Experience in managing a team.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
Any coaching and mentoring qualification is desirable
CIPD 5 or higher qualification
Any working knowledge of Psychometric training is also desirable.
This is a fantastic role offering a hybrid working pattern 2 days in the office the rest from home. Up to £90K salary depending on experience plus a generous bonus structure, pension scheme and health care.
