Role: Temporary Supply Chain Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £30k

SF Recruitment are proud to be partnering again with a UK leading wholesaler, in searching for a temporary Supply Chain Administrator to cover Maternity leave. If you are organised, detail-orientated and ready to make an immediate impact, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and logistics data.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies.
- Support procurement processes, including purchase order creation and management.
- Monitor supply chain performance and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Assist in preparing reports and analysing data to improve efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks related to shipping, logistics, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience with production expediting (essential)
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes (desirable)
