Are you a former sales professional who thrives on developing others, improving performance, and refining sales processes?

SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a fantastic business who are seeking a Sales Performance Manager to lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing sales team. This is not a direct sales or commission-based role. Instead, you'll focus on mentoring, strategy, and team development-making sure the sales engine runs smoothly, consistently, and effectively.

About the role:

As the Sales Performance Manager, you'll play a key role in the growth of the business by empowering our sales team with the right tools, support, and direction. You'll work closely with team members to track leads, monitor KPIs, and implement new strategies and systems that drive long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who's excelled in sales, but now finds more satisfaction in leading others, shaping systems, and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to support long-term growth
  • Monitor sales performance and introduce process improvements to boost efficiency
  • Track KPIs and use data insights to drive team performance
  • Coach, mentor and support a team of sales professionals to help them grow and hit their targets
  • Lead team meetings, goal setting, and regular reviews to ensure alignment and motivation
  • Evaluate and simplify current sales processes, introducing new systems where needed
  • Collaborate with senior management on budgets, reporting, and future planning
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that encourages consistency and accountability

What we're looking for:

  • A background in sales, ideally with several years' experience across the full sales cycle
  • Proven success in managing, developing, or mentoring a sales team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for people development
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel, and analysing sales data to drive decisions
  • High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset

Why join?

  • Be part of a business with global reach and ambitious growth plans
  • Play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the sales team
  • Enjoy a people-first culture where your ideas and leadership are valued
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and professional development opportunities

If you're looking to move away from selling and into a mentoring-focused, process-driven leadership role, this could be the perfect next step in your career. Apply today for immediate consideration and help us lead the next generation of sales talent.
