Temporary Sales Administrator needed in Mansfield, North Nottinghamshire.

Sales Administrator - Temporary with the view to go Permanent.

Location: Mansfield
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We're currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic and friendly business on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term role where they can grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems

  • Liaise with customers via phone and email regarding orders, delivery schedules, and queries

  • Support the preparation of quotes and sales documents

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
