Regional HR Business Partner
SF are thrilled to be working with a public sector organisation who are on the look out for a skilled HR Business partner to join their team.
We are looking for a regional HR Business Partner to cover the south-east and south-west branches of the business, someone who is happy to manage their own diary and happy with a level of travel across multiple sites. This is an exciting and hands-on business partner role that will give you a good level of autonomy and enable you to make positive changes across multiple branches of the business.
This role would be ideal for someone who is confident in a fast paced environment and had come from a similar background/ level.
Day to day duties include;
- SLT management and guidance - supporting with all elements of HR
- dealing with complex and lower level ER cases
- Attending sites to support and upskill teams on basic HR
- Providing support and advice on policies and procedures
We are ideally looking for someone with the following;
- Studying or qualified in CIPD L7
- 4/5 years in a similar HRBP role
- Strong HR generalist background
- Multi-site experience
- Be a strong and effective communicator
- Have previous experience in ER and management support from a HR standpoint.
This role will operate on a hybrid basis with required travel to sites across the south and to be at the Warwick office at least once per month.
