SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Birmingham (B1) who are looking for a temporary Receptionist to join them
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

£12.50 per hour + Holiday pay

The Role:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised individual to join our team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answering and directing phone calls efficiently.
Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting room bookings.
Providing administrative support to various departments as required.
Addressing queries and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a receptionist is essential
