Property Administrator
Location: London – N3
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Are you passionate about property management and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a proactive Property Administrator to support our tenants throughout their journey, from move-in to move-out. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance, managing property viewings, and efficiently resolving any issues with care.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all tenants comply with Licence Agreements
- Promptly follow up on any unpaid Licence Fees through calls or visits
- Issue warning letters and notices for non-compliance
- Respond to inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and our online system
- Maintain accurate records of all Property Visits & Compliance
- Conduct property inspections and address any raised issues
- Collaborate with the Head of Welfare on incident management
- Enforce compliance by issuing warnings or fines for breaches
 - Move-In & Move-Out Management
- Oversee tenants' departures, ensuring timely room clearance and inspection
- Viewings & Placement (Secondary Responsibilities)
- Organise and manage property viewings, including promotional mail-outs
- Handle Spare Room ad campaigns and respond to inquiries
- Update viewing schedules
- Conduct property viewings, clearly explaining the guardianship process


 Essential Skills & Experience:
- Customer Service: Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Tenant Management: Previous experience working with tenants
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organised with a keen eye for detail


 Desirable, But Not Essential:
- Knowledge of property law, mediation, and debt collection
- Familiarity with the Property Guardianship model
- Experience managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases
- Good knowledge of London & transport networks
- Willingness to occasionally work non-standard hours
