Power BI Analyst - Full-Time - Hybrid (Birmingham City Centre)

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst to join a dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established organisation, supporting data-driven decision-making through insightful reporting and dashboard development.

Role Details:
Location: 3 days in-office, Birmingham City Centre (hybrid role)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports
Gather and analyse business data to support decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best practices in reporting

Ideal Candidate:
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query
Experience in data visualisation and analytics
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
Strong communication skills to liaise with different business areas
