Role Description:
We are seeking a part-time administrative support professional to assist our current Office Administrator on a temporary period. The primary responsibilities will include:
Generating and managing quotations
Processing orders and coordinating deliveries
Handling invoicing tasks
Assisting with general clerical duties and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles preferred
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Schedule: Approximately 16-20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
