SF Recruitment are seeking an Operations Manager to join our clients team immediately in Coleshill, Birmingham on a temp-perm contract.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Successfully manage a team of 4 Contract Managers.
Supporting the team building project packs for clients.
Manage and optimise processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with various teams to drive operational excellence.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:
Proven experience in operations management or office management
Excellent IT skills - Microsoft office, OneDrive etc.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
