NPI Engineer / Project Engineer. We're seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in coordinating and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all elements are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

NPI Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all project phases, including planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and final buy-off, while managing budgets and timelines.
- Work closely with customers to address changes promptly and participate in customer-driven meetings to provide progress updates aligned with APQP and PPAP requirements.
- Define customer specifications into actionable departmental tasks or sub-supplier orders, managing resources and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
- Analyse and resolve customer and internal changes, performing feasibility studies and providing updates as needed.
- Anticipate project risks, establish corrective actions, and conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues.
- Participate in PFMEA, quality history reviews, and robustness studies to ensure project excellence.
- Provide valuable "lessons learned" feedback to enhance future project execution.

NPI Engineer Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Strong background in project management, particularly APQP and PPAP processes.
- Expertise in manufacturing methods, process improvement, and technical understanding.
- NPI experience is key.
- Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solution.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday permanent days.
