Interim UK Financial Controller
SF Recruitment are seeking a Financial Controller for a interim assignment based in North Birmingham.
This is a 3 month minimum assignment for a professional contractor to come and support a service based business until they secure a new permanent team member. It is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference within a business who is going through a period of change as they continue to make acquisitions.
My client is a PE backed business with a fantastic collaborative culture and supportive working environment. The business requires a Qualified and experienced Financial Controller to support in the following areas:
- Banking
- Forensic Accounting
- Treasury
- Team Management
- Process improvement
- Supporting with month end / year end
- Completion of Finance Projects
This role is ideally suited to a candidate who can offer a more technical experience and is used to working off their own initiative.
It would advantageous if applicants had worked within a Shared Service Centre or had a focus on Banking / Treasury.
As this is an interim assignment applicants must be either immediately available or on a one week notice.
Hybrid working - 3 days on site / 2 days from home with flexible hours offered. Candidates will only be considered if they live within a 1 hour journey of the Birmingham office.
