Interim Change Manager
We are seeking an Interim Change Manager for a leading business based in Nottingham, 3 days per week on site, £500pd outside IR35 for circa 6-12 months.
About the Role:
The Interim Change Manager will drive strategic transformation and growth within the company. You will lead and guide major change initiatives, working closely with senior leadership, IT, and communications teams to support the company's transformation goals. This role oversees the change management portfolio, ensuring that tools and capabilities are in place for successful implementation and team adaptation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business change strategies across large-scale transformation programmes.
- Lead and mentor a team of change managers, fostering growth and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to secure buy-in and drive change readiness across the organization.
- Assess and document the business impact of change, adjusting initiatives to ensure success.
What You'll Need:
- Experience in leading complex transformation programmes.
- Qualification in Change Management (e.g., APM Practitioner) with experience in medium to large organizations.
- Expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
