HR Officer

SF Recruitment are working with a great organisation who are looking for a HR Advisor for a period of 6 months. The successful candidate will have previous HR experience, ideally CIPD level 3 qualified.

Salary: £27000 - £28000
Hours: 37.5 (1 day working from home)

Role
- End to end recruitment including posting job adverts, shortlisting candidates and organising interviews
- Onboarding and inducting new starters
- Maintaining employee records using i-Trent
- Providing 1st line advise to managers and employees around policy
- Escalating complex ER to the wider HR teams
- Supporting People Partners note taking in formal ER meetings

Required
- Previous HR experience essential
- CIPD Level 3 qualification desired
- Excellent administrative skills
- Organised
