SF Recruitment has partnered exclusively with a well-established blue-collar business located near Waterlooville. Our client is known for their commitment to excellence and their supportive, collaborative work environment. They are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team and manage all HR-related tasks, contributing to the success and growth of the company.

This role is site based 4 days per week with 1 day working from home
Salary £40,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance management.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new employees.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.
- Support and lead HR-related projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions for managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle day-to-day HR administration tasks, including managing employee records and responding to HR queries.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a stand alone HR Generalist, preferably in a blue-collar or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
