HR Manager
SF Recruitment have partnered with a leading Manufacturer near Waterlooville, who are looking to recruit an HR Manager for one of their sites on a 6 month contract (minimum). This role is a great opportunity for an HR professional with a generalist skillset, to work alongside a great team, with HR support available from other sites where required also.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for contacts with agencies for temporary workers
- Responsible for contact with recruitment agencies
- Responsible for drafting new employment contracts (incl. compensation and benefits)
- Responsible for legally required administration regarding new hires
- Responsible for updating ADP system with new hires'/leavers' information
- Responsible for contract changes including all legal and company related administration
- Responsible for 'welcome' meeting: introduction to company from HR point of view (including benefits)
- Assist manager regarding termination of contracts
- Responsible for payroll blue collar workers/ white collar workers
- Responsible for compensation and benefits packages for new hires
- Responsible for contact with Pension Provider and insurance covering work accidents
- Administration of time and attendance system
- Fleet management
- Assist in budget planning process
- Execute bonus process
- Salary review process: assistance and execution
- Headcount reporting
- H&S Reporting
- Advise on and assisting in the execution of disciplinary measures
- Updating and establishing legally required documents according to new laws (e.g. whistleblowing policy, changes to work handbook ,....)
- Maintaining introduction brochure
- Responsible for well being policy
- Maintaining records of legally mandatory trainings (forklift, H&S, ...)
- Responsible for holiday calendar for the sites
