I am working with a reputable and well established organisation who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a mixture between operational and strategic working and will involve working as part of a wider HR team. This is a really exciting time to join the organisation as they are going through a huge growth change and they are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running within the role.

- Strategic business partnering; developing and implementing HR initiatives
- Partnering with leadership to develop new strategies including talent management and succession planning
- Employee relations; working with and up skilling management on ER overall.
- Compliance and talent management
- Change and performance management
What you will need...
- CIPD qualified
- 2 years experience within a similar role ideally from an SME background
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Can thrive in a fast paced and social environment
- Be a proactive and strategic thinker
