HR Business Partner
SF are delighted to be working with a fantastic not-for-profit organisation who are on the look out for a HR Business Partner to come and join their growing team based over in Warwick.
This is a fantastic role for a an experienced and proactive HR professional who has strong generalist experience as well as being able to deal with complex case management. This role will be involved in looking after at least 2 sites with each having their own SLT team to support and guide with all HR duties. This particular role would be ideal for a business partner with a few years experience in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Day to day duties include; SLT management and guidance, dealing with complex and lower level ER cases, supporting the business with any HR changes and compliance and more!
We are ideally looking for someone with the following;
- Studying or qualified in CIPD L7
- 4/5 years in a similar HRBP role
- Be a strong and effective communicator
- Have previous experience in ER and management support from a HR standpoint.
This role will operate on a hybrid working pattern but will require a presence in the office and on some of the sites when needed. Paying up to £65K depending on experience including a company car or car allowance.
