HR Business Partner

SF are working with a UK leading business over in the north of Bicester who are currently on the look out for a HR Business Partner to come and join their fantastic and outgoing team.

This is an absolutely amazing opportunity for a HR Advisor (or similar) who is looking to take that next step into a business partnering role! We are on the look out for someone who is; fast paced, use to dealing with stakeholders and a customer base, someone to come in and look at the commercial side/ teams in the business. We are ideally looking for someone who has experience in developing and implementing things such as; people performance plans and resourcing and talent plans as well as someone who is able to liaise with difficult stakeholders and customers.

This person will be involved in everything from developing new plans, polices and procedures to the general advising and supporting line managers with daily HR tasks.
We need someone who can think on their feet and be confident in a fast paced environment and who is from an FMCG or retail back ground (this is ideal but not essentail)
