HR Business Partner - 12 month MAT FTC
SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic not-for-profit organisation who are on the look out for a HR Business Partner to come and join their team on a 12-month MAT Cover.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to step in and join a fantastic growing team who are full of drive and ambition in their approach to HR.
This role will be reporting directly to the HR Director and be working hand in hand with X3 other HRBP's on multiple sites for the business.
Day to day duties include;
- Complex and low level ER case management
- General HR queries and supporting SLT team members with daily HR issues
- Supporting and guiding line management on best practice
- Planning and delivering the HR strategy as well as various project work
Skills/ Qualifications;
- CIPD Level 7 or studying
- Ideally 4/5 years experience in a similar fast paced role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive can-do attitude
- Be a compassionate member of the team
This role will be paying up to £65K depending on a candidates experience this will also include a car or car allowance. This role will operate on a hybrid working pattern but will require office attendance a few times a week and the occasional site visit when needed. The roles base will be in Warwick.
