SF are thrilled to, again, be partnering with a fantastic blue collar business in Solihull who are on the look out for a excel savvy HR Assistant.

This role will sit within a small but fast-paced HR team and will be able to work closely with the HR Business Partner on the day-to-day HR duties. We are on the look out for someone who is competent and confident in a fast-paced and managerial facing environment, someone who is able to be proactive and has the desire to learn and progress with in HR.

The ideal person for this role will come from a HR admin or HR Assistant role or have key transferable skills in; administration, compliance, recruitment and MS Excel. We are looking for someone who is skilled in manipulating data and is a strong excel user. This is a varied role and whilst this person will be dealing with anything from events, general HR queries and supporting line manager, we still need someone who is not shy to get stuck into the admin side of the role including contracts, offer letters, MS Excel reports and more!

Key Skills; 

  • Strong communication skills 
  • Have strong working MS Excel skills 
  • Previous experince in a HR Assistant role or similar 
  • Be a proactive and out of the box thinker 
  • Be confident in a fast paced enviroment 
  • Strong administration skills 


This is an office based role in Solihull and will be looking at up to £29K depending on experience.
