HR Advisor
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to support a business through a very busy time. You will be providing HR support to organisations across the West Midlands. The successful candidate will be available for work immediately and will be able to commit to a fixed term contract of around 3 months.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with all levels of employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievances.
Hours: 30 - 37.5 per week (Hybrid working available)
Term - 3 months
Salary: £38,000
- Providing support to managers with employee relation issues, including absence meetings, welfare meetings and disciplinaries
- Happy to be hands on with all associated HR administration
- Involved in HR project work as required, including redundancy consultations and policy reviews
- Assisting with policy and procedure updates
Required
- Strong employee relations experience
- CIPD level 5
