About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join our team, with a strong background in the engineering or construction industry. This role is critical in ensuring that our engineering workforce holds and maintains the correct qualifications and certification cards to comply with industry regulations and site requirements.

You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all qualification cards, including but not limited to ECS, PASMA, and SKILLcard, ensuring full compliance and operational readiness across all projects.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date records of all engineer qualification cards and certifications.
Ensure timely renewal and application of ECS, PASMA, SKILLcard, and other industry-specific cards.
Liaise with external training providers and certification bodies as required.
Support the onboarding process by verifying qualification cards and ensuring all compliance checks are completed.
Monitor expiration dates and proactively manage renewals to prevent any lapse in compliance.
Respond to internal and external queries regarding qualifications and certification.
Provide administrative support to the wider HR team as needed.

Essential Requirements
Previous experience working in a HR Administrator role within the engineering, construction or technical sectors.
Knowledge and understanding of industry qualification schemes such as ECS, PASMA, and SKILLcard.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident working independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems/databases
