HR Administrator
SF are thrilled to be working a fantastic and growing engineering business who are on the look out for an outgoing and skilled HR Administrator to come and join their team.
This role is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive HR Administrator who is keen to step into an established and fast pace HR function where they will support the HR Manager with various duties including;
- Being first point of contact for HR queries
- Supporting the HRBP and HR Manager where necessary
- Onboarding and off boarding as well as data management
- Ensuring compliance within the payroll process
- Updating the HR system
We are looking for someone with;
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- CIPD 3 or working towards is ideal but not essential
- Strong administrative experience with either recruitment or HR knowledge
This is a hybrid role based in Solihull 8:30-5 Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday. Offering up to £30K depending on experince. This role will be supporting the wider HR team as well as dealing with senior management across the business. This role is an ideal next step for an administrator with some HR exposure who is ready to take that next step.
