The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Qulaity, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, to join a well-established heavy manufacturer based in Loughborough. As the main point of contact for all health & safety on site, the successful person will be a well-established professional within the sector.

Scope of the role;

- Advising all company employees on all HSE requirements, ensuring the company remains compliant.
- Create and deliver HSE training programs.
- Maintaining company ISO certification (14001 / 45001)
- Continual awareness of changes in legislation and update company literature accordingly
- Carry out site health & safety inspections
- Accident investigation & reporting
- Issuing & control of permits to work
- Lead bo internal audits and ensure site is external audit ready

The person;

- Hold NEBOSH general certificate as a minimum
- Experienced as a health & safety professional in a standalone role, with heavy manufacturing environment experience
- Strong communicator with the confidence to influence across all areas of the business
- Has a hands on approach to health and safety, to continue with the existing strong shop floor support and presence
- Qualified IMS internal auditor or experience in
