Key Responsibilities of the Graduate Electronics Engineer
As a Graduate Electronics Engineer, you will:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our connector and antenna portfolio in key industries.
- Provide technical support to sales teams, becoming a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- Identify market opportunities for new product development, shaping business and marketing strategies.
- Travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events across Europe and beyond.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Graduate Electronics Engineer
Your role will involve:
- Engaging in technical discussions and tailoring presentations for diverse audiences.
- Collaborating closely with Engineers to deepen your product knowledge.
- Researching market trends and participating in technical committees to uncover new prospects.
- Creating comprehensive business plans and supporting project management efforts.
- Contributing content for external platforms and exhibitions to enhance our market presence.

Graduate Electronics Engineer - Knowledge, Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Must be fluent in Japanese and English
- A degree in Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong time management skills, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
