Financial Controller

SF Recruitment are working with an exciting Privately owned business based in Birmingham, for the recruitment of an ambitious Finance Manager/Financial Controller.
This is an incredible opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and really add value to the role and therefore the wider company. Due to recent growth, the Business is forecast to double in size within the next 3 years. The Business is looking for a forward thinking, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join the Finance team and support the CFO and wider senior management team to drive the business forward.
Working closely with the CFO, duties of the role will include:
• Financial Reporting Management
• Produce Monthly Accruals/Reserves for Month End Accounts
• Assist External Auditors
• Produce and present monthly packs for Senior Management Team
• Group reconciliation
• Management of Annual Budget and forecasts
• Produce Monthly Bank reconciliations
• Manage Purchase Ledger
• Manage Sales Ledger
• Defining and reporting of KPIs
To be considered for this role you will have an entrepreneurial nature and will have demonstrated clear value add activities in the companies you've worked at previously.
You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience, and seeking opportunity in a fast paced, dynamic, profitable business where you will really be able to grow and develop the role as this division grows.
