Finance Manager

SF Recruitment are seeking an Interim Finance Manager required for an exciting short term contract for a high growth SME in Worcestershire.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, your role will cover supporting all end-to-end financial operations, planning and analysis. You we also be managing a small finance team that prides itself on strong values and a caring working culture. The business is on an upward trajectory which could lead to numerous future opportunities

You will be responsible for:

- Guiding and mentoring the operational Finance team
- Supporting the Management accounting process
- Supporting budgeting and cash flow forecasting
- Managing an end-to-end audit process

Requirements:

- Qualified ACCA/CIMA
- Full Management Accounts experience
- Team management or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of computer-based accounting and payroll systems
- Experience in using Xero is an advantage
