The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join an organisation based in Nottingham on a permanent basis.

Scope of the role:

- To ensure compliance to regulations across the Engineering business function
- To manage and develop the Engineering team through effective line management and mentoring, driving a productive work culture
- Maintain a hands-on Engineering element to the position, around 30% of the time.

Essential Criteria

- Electrically Bias Engineering background
- Manufacturing experience is essential
- Previous team leadership experience is essential
