About the role

SF Recruitment are currently supporting a digital agency to recruit a Digital Director. The Director will be the driving force behind their digital marketing efforts, transforming challenges into innovative solutions and ensuring clients achieve their goals.


Your key responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovative, results-focused digital marketing strategies.
- Join the Leadership team and shape the future success of the agency.
- Oversee and enhance digital services, ensuring excellence and innovation.
- Lead and develop your team, prioritising professional growth and high performance.
- Contribute to new business efforts by shaping pitches and proposals with a digital-first perspective.
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing digital capabilities to clients and the wider industry.

- Collaboration: Partner with clients and teams across the agency to drive success and measurable outcomes.
