Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Develop: Guide a team of analysts to achieve excellence in data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics.
Innovate: Develop and maintain scalable BI data architectures, robust ETL processes, and integrate diverse data sources.
Collaborate: Work closely with Business Partnering, Enterprise Architecture, Service Delivery, and Vendor Management to address business data challenges.
Deliver Insights: Provide data-driven insights through interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
Manage Risks: Identify and mitigate data-related risks, ensuring compliance with IT governance standards.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in IT leadership roles.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and database technologies.
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and analytics tools/languages (e.g., Python, R).
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse).
