You will be working for a forward thinking, growing business who are looking to expand their customer service team. With free parking and public transport links nearby the office is in a convenient location and boasts an energetic culture.

This is a full time, permanent role working 35 hours per week on various shifts including; 8-4 (office based),9-5 (home based) and 10-6 (home based). Your key duties will include; build relationships with your customer base, resolve queries in a timely manner, collect miss payment via effective communication skills, refer customers to the relevant support networks and other ad hoc tasks.

To be considered you must have a good telephone manner and have some degree of customer service experience.

Being able to work two of the three shifts from home provides a healthy work life balance and the free parking significantly reduces travel costs.
