Customer Service Manager
SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our clients team in the North East area of Birmingham.
£215 per day (up to £55,000 per annum)

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service representatives.
Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and foster a positive team culture.
Coordinate team efforts to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Motivate the team to achieve business growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and excellent service.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients.
Monitor account performance and track key metrics.
Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets and company objectives.
Set sales goals and create action plans for achievement.
Streamline and optimise the sales process for efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with KAM and Production Manager on sales strategies and product launches.
Ensure order visibility and updates for the wider team.
Issue Resolution and Escalation:
Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
Liaise with internal teams for complex issue resolution and clear client communication.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with all business aspects to ensure seamless client communication and alignment.
Provide input on product development based on client feedback and industry trends.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Create a KPI dashboard to monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on team performance and areas for improvement.
Adaptability:
Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as the role evolves.
