Customer Service Executive
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive based Nottingham City Centre.

Experience within a previous customer service/administration role is essential to be successful for this role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure the team maintain the highest level of professionalism and service at all times
- Dealing with all customer service calls
- Dealing with adjustments
- Escalating and manage customer complaints
- Working closely with other departments
- General admin support
- Supporting existing customers with a wide range of queries and payment plan support.
- Engage directly with our customers through multiple different channels and manage customer relationships.
- Working on bespoke system and daily use of the CRM system.

- Excellent people skills and ability to manage effectively
- A passion for delivering excellent customer care and service
- Approachable, friendly and positive
- Competent user of all Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent telephone manner and be able to organise effectively
- Must have strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience within an office based customer service capacity
Hours: (37.5 hours per week) Monday - Friday 8.00 AM - Friday 4.30PM & 1 Saturday per month working 8.00 AM - 4.30PM (Saturday working from home)
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000
