Full time , Office based

£11.50 - £12.21 per hour, weekly pay. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online forms.
  • Provide advice on products and services, helping customers choose the best solutions.
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide timely updates on order status.
  • Coordinate with engineers, sales teams, and suppliers to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
  • Assist in scheduling planned maintenance and service appointments.
  • Keep customers informed about product updates, promotions, and company news.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and service contracts.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adaptable to new softwares.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
