SF Recruitment are seeking experienced Customer Service candidates to join our clients team, in the heart of Birmingham City Centre on a permanent basis.

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £28,500 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
Resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other customer service tools.
