Customer Service Advisor

SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Tamworth on an immediate basis.

Temporary Contract (opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate)
£27,500 per annum (£13.22ph)

Responsibilities:
Processing sales orders
Updating customers on order status.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Provide product and service information, and assist customers in making informed decisions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

Requirements:
Experience in Customer Service is essential
Must be immediately available
Ability to use initiative when communicating with customers
Happy to be office based Monday-Friday
Able to commute to Tamworth
