SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator in North Derbsyhire.

You must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle to access the location.

We're currently working with a fantastic business in North Derbyshire who are seeking a confident and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and can provide excellent support to both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Updating customer records and databases
  • Resolving queries and escalating issues when necessary
  • Customer complaint resolutions.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • General administrative support


Weekly pay - £12.21ph.
