Customer Service Administrator

Office-Based (Secluded Location, Driving Essential)

Full Time , 37.5 Hours per week , £11.44ph

To ensure smooth and efficient management of customer deliveries by providing exceptional service and accurate administrative support.

This role focuses on coordinating delivery schedules, resolving delivery-related queries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery issues, such as delays, damaged goods, or incorrect shipments.
  • Update customers on delivery statuses, changes, or delays promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and update the internal database as needed.
