SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator based in Nottingham City Centre for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. 

The role offers Hybrid working, you will work from the office 3 days per week, and 2 days from home. The office is based in Nottingham City Centre and all equipment is provided.

This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in a thriving and supportive workplace!

Strong Excel and SAP skills are key to be successful within this role! Intermediate to Advanced level Excel, is essential as you will be required to analyse data contained within spreadsheets. It is also essential you can do pivot tables confidently and efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:
- Client liaison skills to effectively deal with new prospects and queries relating to cover and cases.
- Manage monthly spreadsheet submissions from each client, placing cover and reconciliation premiums.
- Analytical and reporting skills using bespoke software and Excel.
- Identify risk exposures with your portfolio of clients relating to new business, renewal, and client changes.
- Prepare new client and renewal documentation, including risk assessments.
- Ensure all risk information is input to internal systems based on the client's monthly spreadsheet submissions and
to manage renewals.
- Self-management of workload tasks, to provide a high level of client service.
- Chase any overdue payments to ensure that cover is in place.
- Team training - technical expertise on the product and software


The ideal candidate will have:
- A self-motivated person, driven to get things done.
- Ability to work under own initiative with strong organisation skills.
- Brilliant communication skills and a great ability to translate plan into action.
- Intermediate to Advanced level Excel
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office.
- A 'can do' attitude and confident in multitasking.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet set deadlines.
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyse information.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000
