Chief Financial Officer
SF Executive are working with a pan-European group with revenues in excess of £500m to find a Chief Financial Officer with the wherewithal to drive this business towards a successful exit or secondary private equity investment.
The business in question generates revenues from a number of different streams and whilst pan-European manufacturing experience would be interesting, sector experience is not a key driver.
What we are looking for is a CFO that has previously been No 1 in a chunky (£100m plus) international group who has led exit / divestment projects of a significant scale. In an ideal world, these will have been led for a business backed by private equity but in reality could have been gained as part of an autonomous divisional role for a UK or US listed PLC.
The above said, an significant element of the role will be leading on banking relationships and refinancing so our ideal is someone that has also led these kind of activities outside of a PLC structure.
The rewards within this role will be significant - you will receive chunky exit bonuses for the divestment projects you deliver - there would also be the opportunity to continue through an equity play to work with any business that are retained for the future.
