Change Analyst
Working with a fantastic, well known exciting brand based in Solihull who are embarking on their next growth phase. Up to £50,000 base + bonus and great benefits. 3 days a week on site with 2 from home. We need a Change Analyst on a permanent basis.
Some of the key aspects of the role are:
Business change implementation
Ops/change/business readiness
Acceptance criteria
Co-ordinating training in readiness for launch
Releasing change
Launch or implementation comms.
Design and develop change management initiatives, communication plans, and training programs to support the successful implementation of change initiatives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand change requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Conduct change readiness assessments to gauge how ready we are to effect the change and identify potential risks and barriers.
Leverage change management frameworks and methodologies to guide teams through the change process and mitigate resistance.
Gather feedback from within the Operation to ensure your designs are as optimal as possible, and solutions are identified for any shortcomings.
Monitor and track progress of change initiatives, evaluate results, and make recommendations for further improvements or adjustments.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting the implementation of best practices and regulatory requirements.
Provide support and guidance to employees during periods of change, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
