Associate HR Business Partner
SF are thrilled to be working with an industry leading logistics business who are on the look out for an Associate HR Business Partner to come and join their forward-thinking and growing team.
This role will play a key part in the team and will be reporting into an established HRBP who this role will be supporting day-to-day. We are looking for a HR professional with generalist experience who can come in and hit the ground running but also be keen to develop and grow within the business. This role will be dealing with anything from stakeholder management, HR project work and the guidance of SLT teams.
Day-To-Day duties include;
- Collaborating with senior management on general HR practices (performance management and talent development and succession planning)
- Analyse HR metrics and data in order to identify trends and provide Insight / recommendations for improvement across the business
- Support the HR Business Partner with designing and delivering people related change projects and programmes such as culture changes and adjustments to ways of working
- Establish and build relationships across the wider organisation in order to support with employee relations
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Have a generalist and analytical HR background
- Same sector experience is ideal but not essential
- Excellent data analytic skills
- Previous experience in a fast paced working environment
- Experience of working on project plans using excel and power point
- Have the drive and desire to progress into a HR Business Partner in the future
This role is a great next step for an analytically minded and people focused HR professional. This role offers a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week based at their offices in Solihull. Paying between £38K-£42K depending on experience.
