SF Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Administrator to support a busy team in NG15. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to assist with document control, workflow management, and business support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage documents, maintain accuracy, and update Excel trackers and Microsoft applications.
  • Obtain supplier quotations, process timesheets, and manage financial documentation.
  • Support secure documentation processes, coordinate vetting checks, and monitor the practice’s management system (MIS).
  • Manage diaries, organise meetings, book rooms, take minutes, and assist with office administration.
  • Assist with marketing materials, training coordination, team events, and provide flexible support across offices.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong administration skills with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information securely.
  • A team player with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.

Temporary , weekly pay , £12.50 per hour.
