c£14.00 pet hour - Monday to Friday
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrator to provide temporary support to our client in Coventry. This is a temporary position for a period of 2 to 3 months, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills looking to contribute to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
Maintain and update records and databases.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Perform other clerical duties as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
