Accounts Receivable Assistant
Accounts Receivable Assistant required for an amazing business based in Solihull. They are looking for a forward-thinking, motivated individual to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Raise any sales invoices for customers and dealers for monthly charges and used cars
- Post receipts to Customer/Dealer accounts to ensure accounts are up to date
- General day to day admin for the sales ledger including filing direct debit mandates and keeping track of any incoming post.
- Answering customer/dealer queries and providing copy invoices etc where necessary
- Raise Intercompany invoices with guidance from accountants
- Worked with Expense systems and recharges
- Online Banking - Bank Reconciliations
